Your Commercial Building & Home Inspector has completed the following training:
All Part 9 and Part 3 Building Code Courses certified courses by the Ministry of Housing and taught by the Ontario Bullding Officials Association. All courses are 40 hours with a required pass of over 70%.
None of the qualifications listed are online "do it yourself" courses which are usually completed in 15-45 minutes and then allow you to display a nice "logo" acknowledging your professional status.
No one wants to buy a "Money Pit", we are entitled to buy a product and enjoy its comfort and conveniences without having to fear spending huge amounts of money on their investment. The onus is on the purchaser to check out the qualifications and experience when choosing a Professional Commercial Building inspector.
